Interfaith Counseling Center

I am certified as an adult and child Jungian psychoanalyst. I am in private practice in San Anselmo at the Interfaith Counseling Center (ICC) and I serve on the ICC board. I am part of the teaching faculty of the C.G. Jung Institute and also a teaching member of the International Society for Sandplay Therapy. I teach and consult internationally and have authored many articles and book chapters as well as co-authored Sandplay in Three Voices: Images, Relationship, the Numinous.

The focus of my work revolves around the relational field, the experience of non-verbal states with an emphasis on imaginal knowing through dreams, the creative arts and sandplay. I provide support to surrender to not knowing, in order to find meaning and spirit in suffering, while discovering an illuminated path of sparkling jewels scattered throughout the inner darkness.
