I have been a psychotherapist in private practice in Marin for more than three decades. I have had a lifelong interest in the arts and relating them to personal growth, as well as integrating one’s spirituality with the healing process. My experience includes leadership in church liturgy, retreats, contemplative prayer, and meditation groups. I currently lead a biweekly Centering Prayer/Contemplative practices group at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in San Rafael. For the past ten years I have been an oblate with the New Camaldoli Hermitage in Big Sur, CA.
I have a general practice with a clinical emphasis in depression, anxiety, co-dependency, and life transitions. I work in person with adults ranging in age from the early 20s to the early 70s My approach to therapy is eclectic including Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Family Systems, body awareness, sand tray and movement.
